一、招聘條件
1. 學歷學位條件。申請人應取得博士學位，且獲得博士學位不超過3年。
2. 健康及年齡條件。身心健康，年齡不超過35周歲。
二、薪酬待遇
1）薪酬：博士后年薪30-40萬；
2）在站期間發(fā)表文章及所獲基金按醫(yī)院科研獎勵政策另享獎勵，上不封頂；
3）享受醫(yī)療保險、養(yǎng)老保險、工傷保險等基本社會保險和住房公積金；
4）鼓勵申報合適的人才項目、科研基金，參與國際合作交流與課題合作；
5）享受餐補、高溫補貼、免費體檢等福利待遇；
6）取得優(yōu)秀科研成果且滿足學校教職要求的，經考核評估后可聘為正式教職；
